Wayline provides commercial property advisory to occupiers and tenants. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to act, and no engagement exists until scope, fee basis and conflicts have been agreed in writing.

Information published here is general in nature. It is not legal, tax, valuation, accounting or investment advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Lease documentation should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel.

Licensing
Where a transaction requires licensed brokerage or agency representation, that work is carried out by, or in conjunction with, appropriately licensed firms in the relevant jurisdiction. Wayline publishes no licence numbers, registrations or professional designations that have not been verified.

This site publishes no property listings, availability, rents, specifications or transaction records. Any property information provided during an engagement is supplied for that engagement only and should be verified independently before any commitment.
