Wayline

About

An advisory practice with one client type.

Wayline exists to give businesses the same quality of property advice that landlords have always had. We represent occupiers, we work to a written scope, and we would rather turn down a mandate than run one badly.

Principles

  1. 01

    One side only

We act for occupiers. We do not take landlord instructions on a requirement we are running, and any conflict we become aware of is disclosed in writing immediately.

  2. 02

    Written positions

Advice that matters is written down. Recommendations, assumptions, risks and rejected options all end up in a document you can hand to a board.

  3. 03

    Evidence or silence

Figures carry a source and a date. Where evidence does not exist for a submarket or property type, we say so instead of estimating.

  4. 04

    Narrow by choice

This is not a full-service brokerage. We decline requirements we cannot serve properly, including geographies where we could not represent you well.

People and credentials

We will not put invented faces on this page.

Team biographies, headshots, licence numbers, regulatory registrations and professional designations belong here only when they are real and verified. None have been supplied for publication, so none appear. If you are considering an engagement, ask who would run the mandate and what credentials they hold, and you will get a direct answer in writing.

Regulatory position

  • Wayline provides advisory and consultancy services to occupiers.
  • Where a transaction requires licensed brokerage or agency representation, it is carried out by, or in conjunction with, appropriately licensed firms in the relevant jurisdiction, named to you before work begins.
  • Nothing published here is legal, tax, valuation or investment advice.
  • Lease documentation should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before signature.

Next step

If the fit is wrong, we will tell you early.

Describe the requirement and we will say plainly whether this practice is the right one for it.
