What this site collects

Nothing is collected by the pages themselves. There is no advertising network, no analytics profiling and no tracking cookie set by this site. The brief form does not transmit data to us: it assembles the text you type into an email that you choose to send from your own mail client.

Correspondence

If you email us, we hold that correspondence and any attachments in our mail systems in order to answer you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We keep it only as long as that purpose or our record-keeping obligations require.

Data minimisation

Please send only what is needed to answer the question. Commercially sensitive operational detail is better exchanged after scope and confidentiality terms are agreed in writing.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent contact information. Where a mandate requires a licensed local firm or another specialist, we tell you who they are and agree with you before anything is shared.

Your requests

Write to us to ask what correspondence we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, and we will respond. Where local data protection law gives you additional rights, we will honour them.

This website is served by a third-party hosting provider, which may process technical request data such as IP address and user agent for security and delivery purposes.
