Wayline

Occupier services

Everything here is built for the tenant.

Wayline runs a deliberately narrow practice. We advise businesses that occupy commercial space, and we decline work that would put us on the other side of a requirement we are already running.

Engagement

How work is scoped and paid for.

Scope, deliverables and timetable are agreed in writing before work begins.

Fee basis is set out at the same time, along with any conflicts we are aware of.

Where a jurisdiction requires a licensed party, we name the firm we would work alongside up front.

If a requirement is outside what this practice can properly serve, we say so and decline it.

Next step

Start with the requirement, not a building.

Tell us what the business needs to do in the space, where it needs to be and when. We will tell you, in writing, whether this is a requirement we can help with.
