Markets
Coverage is defined by the requirement.
Plenty of firms publish a map of offices. We would rather tell you exactly where we can act, on which requirement, and who we would work alongside where a jurisdiction requires a licensed party.
Before we accept a mandate
- 01
You tell us the geography the requirement covers.
- 02
We confirm in writing whether we can act there directly.
- 03
Where local licensing or agency law requires it, we name the licensed firm we would work alongside before any work begins.
- 04
If neither route gives you proper representation in that market, we say so and decline.
Wayline makes no claim to national or international office coverage, and publishes no branch network, licence numbers or regulatory registrations that have not been verified.

Property types we advise on
- Office
- Headquarters, regional offices and workplace requirements where people, access and configuration drive the decision.
- Industrial and logistics
- Warehousing, distribution and light industrial space where clear height, loading, power and access govern suitability.
- Mixed operational space
- Requirements that combine workspace with storage, service, production or customer-facing functions.
Next step
Tell us the geography and we will tell you if we can act.
A one line answer is usually enough at this stage: where the business is, and where the requirement needs to be.
